The Orb
The Orb return to Hastings bringing their signature blend of ambient soundscapes, deep bass, and cosmic psychedelia to Henry Ward Hall. This will be a fully immersive night with spectacular visuals and immersive sound all in a room built for deep listening and shared elevation.
Led by Alex Paterson, The Orb have stood at the vanguard of British electronic music — pioneers of ambient house and architects of a sound that has shaped chillout culture to providing bass busting festival main stage performances.
Their music straddles the mystical and the mischievous: expansive, witty, atmospheric, with a style and groove that is unmistakably The Orb.
From “A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain”… to “Little Fluffy Clouds,” they remain one of the UK’s most influential electronic acts.

African Headcharge
The groove is deep, the vocals soulful, and the brilliant musicians are given room to stretch out a bit. This seating optional show is going to get the people and the walls of the Henry Ward moving. Deep bass, psychadelic exploration and especially a good fit for those who like to sway and sweat to the beat.
